The guarantee, stated plainly
30-day response-or-refund
If the company gives no substantive response within 30 days of our first message being sent, you receive a full refund of the case fee. For Plus members, one such case refunds the full annual charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What it does not cover
We cannot guarantee a particular outcome. A company may respond and still decline your request; in that case we keep working with you, but the guarantee is about response, not result. There is no monthly plan, and Plus is not refunded pro rata if you cancel mid-year.
