CallRed

Someone who can actually fix it.

When front-line support stops helping, CallRed writes to the company's executive customer service team on your behalf, follows up on a schedule, escalates when ignored, and keeps working until you tell us it is resolved.

Directory of more than 10,000 companies, maintained by hand. Your first case is free.

How it works

  1. 01

    Find the company

Search our directory of more than 10,000 companies. Each entry lists what we know about the company's executive customer service channels, maintained by hand.

  2. 02

    Describe the issue

Tell us what happened, what you have already tried, and what outcome would put it right. Attach receipts, statements, or correspondence if you have them.

  3. 03

    Verify once

Confirm your phone and email a single time. Verification keeps spam and fraudulent complaints off the service, which is what keeps companies answering us.

  4. 04

We message, follow up, and escalate

We write to the executive customer service team, follow up on a schedule if they go quiet, and escalate up the chain when ignored. Every message and reply is logged in your account.

Security and privacy

Your case is between you, us, and the company. We collect only what the case needs, store documents privately, and share them with the company only when you have included them for that purpose.

  • We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We never ask for your Social Security number or any password.
  • You can delete your account and case history at any time.

Why we verify you once

Before your first case is sent, you confirm your phone and email. This keeps spam, fabricated complaints, and harassment off the service, which is exactly why companies take our messages seriously. It is not repeated for later cases.

Questions people ask first

Who actually receives my complaint?
We write to executive customer service contacts: manager-level people whose job is to resolve escalated cases, not the front-line queue you have already been through. Our directory tracks those contacts by company and is maintained by hand.
What happens if the company ignores the first message?
We follow up on a schedule: a polite reminder on day 4, a firmer follow-up on day 8, and a final notice on day 12. If there is still silence, we escalate to the next contact up the chain, typically VP-level or corporate. Every step is logged in your case.
Do you guarantee a resolution?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We cannot force a company to act. What we can do is make sure the right people see a clear, documented complaint and keep pressing until you tell us it is resolved. On paid cases, if the company gives no substantive response within 30 days of sending, you receive a full refund.
How is a case marked resolved?
Only when you confirm it, or when our staff verifies a concrete outcome such as a refund issued or a charge corrected. A reply from the company is not a resolution on its own and never closes your case automatically.
